Thanks for visiting my website! I hope you'll find it informative and useful in your search for an attorney.

As I hope you'll be able to tell from this site, I have a broad base of experience in the law that permits me to bring wisdom, practicality and efficiency to my work. My goal, simply put, is for my clients to leave my office feeling they received all the time and attention needed for the problem, and competent and friendly service for the dollars spent.

For more than thirty years, I've assisted people and businesses in need of intelligent, creative and successful solutions to sometimes difficult legal problems. I bring a strong business, real estate and litigation background to the complicated field of estate planning and estate administration. Whether you're interested in protecting hard-earned assets or a substantial inheritance, I know how to make sure assets are properly distributed upon death. I also help with estate and trust administration and with legal problems associated with aging.

I work on my own by choice because that gives me the flexibility to give you the attention you deserve when you need it. Since I am a sole practitioner (although I am located in a law firm of 13 attorneys) I am able to charge very reasonable fees for first-rate legal work. You do not pay for fancy furniture, artwork or extraneous staff - just for my time and for normal out-of-pocket expenses such as postage and copies.

My clients include physicians, educators, real estate developers, corporate executives, small business owners, attorneys, government workers, military personnel and retirees.

Feel free to browse this website. Look at the Frequently Asked Questions to see if I've anticipated some of your issues. Peruse the Newsletters and Recent Articles to get some free estate planning advice, and call me or send me an e-mail if you have questions or wish to make an appointment. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can help you.
