I served fourteen years as chief legal officer of a New York Stock Exchange company, and I frequently advise clients on consulting contracts, agreements governing separation from employment, routine business contracts, entity creation and implementation and employment disputes. One of my major corporate clients is a company that owns two small businesses in downtown Bethesda, and I serve as that company’s general counsel and a member of its advisory board.
